Located in the heart of Troy, our beautifully landscaped neighborhood features a secluded central park area with a walking path.  We are within easy walking distance of the Troy Family Aquatic Center, Troy Community Center, Troy tennis courts, Troy Public Library, Troy ice rink, Troy Dog Park, Troy Skate Park and many walking trails.  We also border the wooded City of Troy Philip Huber Park which has a mile long nature trail and Vita Course exercise stations.  Due to our central location, there is easy access to I-75, I-696 and M-59, the Somerset Collection, and the downtowns of Rochester, Birmingham and Royal Oak.  Our subdivision is located within the Troy School District and our high school students attend Troy High School or the International Academy East.

We are a diverse community of 51 residences consisting of new families and original owners.  Each year, we hold an annual homeowners meeting, a summer party, a Fall party and other events.  The Westwood Park Homeowners Association has an elected Board of Directors that oversees and manages the operations and affairs of the subdivision.
